• Orders will remain inactive until payment is received.
• We begin processing paid orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

All sales are final except as provided below. DDxPeptides does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect self-selection, or ordinary use. However, if a product is confirmed by our quality process to be adulterated, mislabeled, or non-conforming after independent testing, DDxPeptides will provide a refund, replacement with verified product, or product withdrawal at our discretion, consistent with our quality assurance procedures. • You may cancel an unpaid order at any time.
• If your order has been paid or activated, you must contact customer service to request cancellation.
• Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled or modified.

• Prices are locked in at the time your order is placed.
• If market prices change after you place an unpaid order, you are still responsible for the original quoted price.

Received the Wrong, Damaged, or Incomplete Order

• Missing Items: Contact us with details. After investigation, we'll either reship or reimburse as appropriate.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, we will reship the correct item at no extra cost.
• Damaged Items: Submit a support ticket with clear photos of the damaged product, shipping label, and packaging.

Missing Packages

• Incorrect Address Provided by You: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address details. We will not reship in such cases.
• Address Change After Shipment: We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed.
• You must report a missing package within 5 days after the expected delivery date.
• Any package overdue by more than 30 days is considered lost.

Before initiating any payment card chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your bank or card issuer, you agree to first contact DDxPeptides customer support at ddx@ddxpeptides.com and allow a reasonable opportunity (minimum 5 business days) to resolve the issue directly.

Failure to contact DDxPeptides prior to filing a chargeback may be considered in the resolution of any resulting dispute. DDxPeptides reserves the right to contest any chargeback filed without prior contact and to provide our records and documentation to the applicable payment network.

DDxPeptides shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the misuse of any product sold. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DDxPeptides and its affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of the products.

You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the storage, handling, and use of any DDxPeptides product. You assume full responsibility for the safety and compliance of your research practices.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to conduct their own research regarding any applicable state and federal regulations pertaining to the purchase, possession, and use of peptides or research chemicals. The buyer warrants that they are at least 21 years of age and fully understand the potential hazards associated with handling laboratory-grade compounds.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
